We are dedicated to the dissemination of editorial material, interviews, and digital promotion of models, artists, and entrepreneurs internationally. 2. Service Contract (Cover and Interviews) Acquisition: By making a payment through our authorized processor, you acquire the right to participate in the selected edition (Digital, Print, Gold, or Silver). Material Submission: It is the sole responsibility of the client/model to submit photographs with the corresponding copyrights and in the required quality, as well as to answer the interview questionnaire within the indicated editorial deadlines. Publication Rights: By sending us your photographic and biographical material, you grant International Face Magazine a non-exclusive international license to design, publish, distribute, and promote said content in digital and print formats and on our official social media channels.

3. Payment Gateway and Affiliates All payments and affiliate commission management are processed externally and securely through the international platform. International Face Magazine does not store credit or debit card data. The billing processing business relationship is governed by PayPal and Stripe´s policies.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy: Due to the digital and personalized nature of editorial services (cover space reservation, custom graphic design, and personalized layout), all sales are final. Once the design process has begun or after the interview material has been received, no refunds will be issued unless the magazine unjustifiably fails to publish the material.

5. Intellectual Property: Unless otherwise stated, International Face Magazine and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights to all magazine design, layout, logos, and website text. All intellectual property rights are reserved.
